#25 Teaser Tuesday

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

My teaser this week:

“It’s a tradition here: we wrap a kiss and leave it on the bed of whoever we’re interested in.”
“So you’re interested.” I mumbled into her hair. - Page 241, A Confusion of Princes by Garth Nix
My sister said that I've been reading too much books with female as the main character. This week, I'm reading A Confusion of Princes by Garth Nix as its main character is a male. I didn't expect that this book would be a science fiction! But, it's kind of interesting to read something I don't usually read :)

What's your teaser?

  1. Oooo, good teaser! This is a new one to me. Thanks for sharing! :)

  2. I read this one as an ARC and thought it was interesting even though I didn't like the choices the main character made. My teasers this week are from The Shadow Society by Marie Rutkoski and Dangerous Affairs by Diana Miller. Happy reading!

  3. Oh, I *love* that teaser! I've been wanting to read A Confusion of Princes! I love books written from the male POV. :) Haven't stopped by in awhile (sorry!) but I love the new look! :D

  4. I usually read books with a female point of view too, so this would be a good change for me. Love your teaser.
Thanks for stopping by my blog.

  5. Great teaser! I've heard wonderful things about this book. Thanks for sharing!

  6. hi nash., sorry, am not much of a reader since blogging. ha ha. looking forward to more of your wonderful recipes. have a nice day dear.

  7. Great teaser! I've heard some fantastic things about this book! Hope you're enjoying it!
